In SQL 2005 we used to be able to see the individual component versions by going to the Add/Remove Programs and then clicking Change for Microsoft SQL Server 2005. However in SQL 2008 the Report… option is no longer there. Here is the new location for the componet report in 2008.
Start – All Programs – MS SQL Server 2008 – Configuration Tools – SQL Server Installation Center. Then in the left had pane select Tools and then finally select Installed SQL Server Features Discovery Report.
